    2. We accept returns on items in new condition* with the original packaging and materials, including gift boxes and/or certificates of authenticity.

    3. Item is not as described or is of poor quality


    If the item bought on FashionVipShop.com is not as described or is of poor quality, you can return it to us and ask refund within 3 days of delivery.

    1. Contact inpopshop@gmail.com to make sure the conditions of the return.

    2. Using the existing packing materials or your own, prepare your item(s) for return along with their original packaging, gift boxes, and/or certificates of authenticity.(Note: No any Diamond ,gem, jewelry or signs on the packing box.)

    3. If a prepaid label was provided for the return, deliver your package to the USPS or FedEx facility nearest you. Otherwise, select a carrier and ship the package to our company using the address provided by the Century Luxury Customer Care Team. Please be sure to use a carrier (like USPS or FedEx) that will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. And please tell us the tracking number.

    4. We will make sure if the item your returned to us is the same as ours through National authoritative organization. And our Qc team will verify the serial number on the diamond.

    5. After the product’s original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund, store credit or perform an exchange. Most refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receipt.


    1.We are not able to accept the return for the diamond with a Certificate of Authenticity. But the ring setting can be returned if it is in a poor quality within 3 business days of delivery.

    2.Return shipments which are lost or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Century Luxury.com. We feel sorry for that.

    3.Century Luxury team don’t work on holidays and weekends. (Working Hours is from 10:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. on business days)

    4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

    5. You cannot return Items which have been customized or altered to meet customer specifications, like resizing or engraving.
